Letter regarding the EPA's proposed Federal Implementation Plan

The Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry has joined representatives of Arizona's business community in issuing a letter to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regarding their proposed Federal Implementation Plan (FIP).
