Tom graduated from Miami University in 2017 with a degree in Finance.

After graduation, Tom worked on the reelection campaigns of Senator Kate Brophy McGee and Representative Jeff Weninger.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Tom represented corporate clients in the defense, technology, and alcohol sectors at a local contract lobbying firm.
